Best Supplements for Women for Hair, Skin and Body
This has been one of my longest requested posts! Save this and hope youโre able to benefit from it ๐ฉท
Links to only *non prescription supplements* will be provided ๐ฉตโ๏ธ
Disclaimers: PLEASE READ
โผ๏ธ This video does not constitute medical advice. It's based on my personal experience, research, and consultations with my dermatology and physician. Think of this as guidance to help you ask better questions, not prescriptions.
โผ๏ธ Supplements come in the category of nutraceuticals and many of these dont need a prescription- examples Omega 3, Collagen, Hair growth drinks/ powders etc.
โผ๏ธIf youโre pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before consuming any of these.
โผ๏ธ You donโt need all of these at the same time. I finish one supplement, then stop for two months and then start it again.
โผ๏ธ What works for me may or may not work for you. The best way to find out is by asking your doctor and trying them under supervision.
โผ๏ธ If youโre under 25, eat healthy (veggies, dals, protein, lean meat, fiber, minerals, nuts) you probably donโt need any supplement. I started supplements after 29.
