You retain ownership of the content you upload or share but grant Learnova a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for your content.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features or content may be paid. All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Learnova may change pricing and subscription models at any time with notice.

All content on Learnova, including logos, branding, software, and educational materials, is the property of Learnova or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any harmful or offensive content

  • Use bots or scripts to scrape or manipulate the platform

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks

8. Termination

Learnova may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the platform.

Learnova is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always secure. Use at your own risk.

Learnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.
