(2026) Google Business Profile Optimization Tutorial for Beginners: How to SEO Optimize the Basics
If you want your Google Business Profile to do more than just sit there, this video walks you through the basics that matter most. You'll see how to optimize the key parts of your profile so it looks complete, feels trustworthy, and gives Google & AI tools more to work with in local search.
This 2026 Google Business Profile optimization tutorial is for you if your profile is already set up and verified, but you want to improve it. I walk through the profile live, show you what to update, and point out the details that often get skipped, like your logo, cover photo, description, services, reviews, social links, business info, and more.
You'll also see how to make your profile feel more complete for users, not just for search. That matters because people do look at photos, service details, and branding before they decide to reach out. If you run a service-area business, a local business, or a brick-and-mortar location, this will help you clean up the essentials and present your business better.
