At Learnova, we strive to provide world-class digital learning services and ensure our users have a seamless experience. However, due to the nature of our platform, please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Subscription & Service Refunds

Learnova offers digital learning content and services, which are typically non-refundable once accessed or used. However, we provide refund options under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • If you were wrongfully charged due to a technical error.

  • If you purchased a subscription but did not access any part of the content within 24 hours of payment.

  • If a duplicate payment was made for the same service.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • If you have accessed or completed any part of the course or material.

  • If your internet, device, or personal technical issues prevent access.

  • If you simply change your mind after purchase.

  • If you subscribed via a third-party partner (refer to their refund policies).


2. Course or Product Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription or course enrollment at any time.

  • Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless the above eligible conditions are met.

  • After cancellation, access to Learnova’s paid features will be disabled at the end of your billing cycle.


3. How to Request a Refund

4. Final Note

We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests based on our internal policies and investigation. Learnova is committed to fairness and transparency in all transactions.
